We kept this short. No 40-page legal documents. No hiding stuff in subsections. Just straight talk about what we do and what we expect from you.
We offer three monthly subscription tiers:
You can cancel anytime through Stripe. No contract. No penalty. No questions asked. Your subscription ends at the next billing cycle.
We sell digital products: courses, guides, and done-for-you setups. Once you get access, it's yours forever. But here's the deal: no refunds after you've accessed the content. We deliver digital goods instantly. You can't "return" knowledge.
If the product doesn't deliver what we promised (not just "I changed my mind," but actual false advertising), contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Our free bot (@CaptainObvious_bot on Telegram) is available to everyone. No signup, no credit card. Use it as much as you want. We reserve the right to rate-limit if someone abuses it, but that's it.
Don't be stupid about it. Here's what's off-limits:
We'll shut down your access if you violate these. No refund for subscription time remaining.
We provide this service on a best effort basis. We run it from real hardware, not a Silicon Valley datacenter with 99.99% uptime SLAs. Sometimes it'll go down. Sometimes the bot will be slow. We'll try to keep it running, but we make no guaranteed uptime promises.
If the service is down for extended periods and you want a refund, contact us. We'll evaluate based on what happened.
Our course content, guides, and original materials are copyrighted. You can use them for yourself. You can't reproduce or redistribute them.
We reference open-source tools and libraries throughout. Those have their own licenses (GPL, MIT, Apache, etc.). Those licenses apply to those tools, not to us.
Reach out on Telegram first: @MoneyMakingMitchell1904. Tell us what's wrong. We'll work it out. If you're upset about a charge, we can handle it. If you need help with something, ask.
We're not going to make you sit on hold for 45 minutes with a bot. You get a human response. Usually within 24 hours.
You must be 18 years old or older to use this service. If you're under 18, you need a parent's permission.
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and notify you. We won't bury changes in the fine print.
We're a small operation. If something goes wrong, we're liable for what we actually screwed up. But we're not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Bottom line: Use the service how it's meant to be used. Don't break the law. Don't be a jerk. We'll do right by you. If there's a problem, talk to us.
